Will there be a box office?
Yes, but ticket availability at the box office depends on advance sales.
Can I cancel tickets that I have booked too many of?
Tickets booked via the official ticket shop are binding and cannot be exchanged.
Will there be further ticket allocations?
Yes, there will be further ticket allocations. The exact date of release will be announced in due course.
Is there a volume discount when purchasing a certain number of tickets?
When purchasing at least eight tickets, a volume discount of 20% applies to the purchase price.
Which groups of people are eligible for a discount?
- Young people aged 13-17, pensioners, students/trainees, etc.
- Children aged 6-12, persons with a degree of disability of 50% or more.
- Children up to and including the age of 5 receive free admission with a lap ticket, but are not entitled to a seat.
- Wheelchair users pay the regular price (standard/reduced/child/disabled), accompanying persons free of charge.
How many tickets can a club purchase?
A maximum of 75 tickets can be booked via the ticket shop using the Reservix ordering process. For larger orders, we recommend booking via the Reservix service hotline on +49 761 888499 99, which is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Will there be another ticket phase?
No further ticket sales are currently planned, as all available tickets are on sale. It is possible that any remaining tickets will be released at a later date. However, we cannot say at this stage whether and when this will be the case. Please keep an eye on our official channels so you don't miss any updates.
I would like to register as a volunteer. How can I do this?
You can now register via the RG WCh portal. The portal contains information about the World Championships and the various roles and areas of responsibility.
